About us

The Bus Preservation Association of South Australia was formed in 2019 by a group of bus enthusiasts, all of whom were passionate about the preservation of South Australia’s transport history. The formal group was formed with collective goals in mind, due to the high level of public interest in SA’s restored buses.

With over thirty buses now owned by BPASA members, the goals are now to find secure, affordable storage for the ever growing fleet; and showcase these beloved pieces of history to the public and other enthusiasts alike.

See you on the road!

Events

We run events approximately every 3 months, with either our restored buses or a chartered bus.

On top of our in-house events (which are open to all) we also join in on events elsewhere, such as the National Railway Museum

Meetings

BPASA holds general meetings every few months to keep the members up to date on the goings on of our association.

Usually after the general business of the meeting, we have a talk or presentation from either a member or guest speaker.
